Recent Worship Songs I’ve listened to

Something I have realized is that the music I listen to really effects my mental health. Music puts me in certain moods and plays a role in how I feel about so much- myself, choices, how I treat others etc. listening to worship music really helps clean out a lot of junk that can run through my mind. If I listened to my head vs. my heart fitness edition. Yoga and Pilates are great ways to stay fit, and even better for maintaining your limbs over time. Weight lifting can be hard on your joints, bones, and overall your recovery. However my heart always goes back to its first love, weight lifting.
