Oh my gosh, you guys, I just had to share more about my latest trip to Bearizona Wildlife Park! If you're anything like me and love capturing incredible animal photos, this place is an absolute dream. My camera roll is overflowing with shots, and I'm still buzzing from all the amazing sights. First off, the drive-through section is just magical, especially if you visit when there's a bit of snow on the ground, like I did! Imagine driving right past a magnificent snow-covered entrance arch, a perfect photo op even before you begin. Inside, it's like a real-life safari. I spotted a curious reindeer with small antlers peering at us from behind a car window, looking so majestic in the snowy forest. Further on, don't miss the powerful grizzly bear sitting calmly in its snowy enclosure – such a majestic sight. And the wolves! I got some stunning close-ups of a tundra wolf with thick fur navigating the deep snow, and even a peaceful black bear resting in the snow next to a tree trunk. The brown bison with their shaggy coats were everywhere, some even looking like white bison against the winter backdrop. Seeing these animals roaming freely from the comfort of your car is an experience unlike any other, and it makes for some truly unique photos. Just remember to drive slowly and be ready with your camera! After the drive-through, we parked and explored the walking areas, which offer a completely different set of photographic opportunities. Here, you get much closer to some incredible creatures. I loved seeing the bighorn sheep perched impressively on snowy rocks – they look so agile! And the goats were just adorable; you can even get close enough to see them inside their enclosures. My personal favorites were the Rocky Mountain goats with their distinctive horns, standing stoically on a snowy path. I also caught a glimpse of a graceful Coues deer walking through a snowy, wooded area. It's a fantastic chance to really zoom in and capture their expressions and details. To make sure you get the best photos and experience, I'd suggest going early in the morning when the animals are most active and the light is often best. Also, bring a good zoom lens if you have one, especially for the drive-through part. And don't forget to layer up if you're going in colder months – it adds to the whole winter wonderland vibe, but you'll appreciate being warm! This park truly offers a 10/10 experience for wildlife lovers and photographers alike. Every turn brings a new photo opportunity, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone wanting to see these incredible animals up close and personal.
