THINGS I PRACTICE THAT’VE MADE ME HAPPIER

These are some major things I’ve changed in my daily routine that have truly changed my life and outlook on my physical and mental health and lead for just a happier life altogether..

-Going for walks This isnt just so so good for your physical health but also mental health as well. Take the time to go on a walk to help manage stress, listen to your favorite music or just be with your thoughts.

-Eat foods that make me FEEL good. Instead of just trying to eat healthy because it’ll benefit my fitness goals, I eat healthy because of how it makes me feel. Pay attention, even journal how you feel after meals and notice how food is FUEL. Feed your body with nutritious foods and you’ll feel and perform better.

-Working out. This is of course going to affect your physical goals but mentally it’ll make you mentally stronger, disciplined and a better, healthier version of yourself. I had to change my mindset to “I have to workout” to “I GET to workout”. Our bodies do so much for us so lets treat them well so we can live our best beautiful lives 💕

Incorporating simple yet impactful habits can significantly enhance one’s well-being. **Going for Walks:** Walking has been proven to not only improve physical health but also reduce stress and anxiety. Taking time to connect with nature or even just stepping outside for fresh air can lead to improved mental clarity. Aim for at least 15 minutes a day to reap the benefits. **Mindful Eating:** Changing the way we view food can make a huge difference in how we feel. Rather than focusing solely on calorie counts or fitness goals, paying attention to how we feel after meals encourages healthier choices. This approach fosters a healthier relationship with food, where nutritious meals can boost both mood and energy. **Physical Activity:** Finding joy in working out can transform the experience from a chore into a treat. When exercise becomes something you look forward to rather than a chore, not only does it benefit your body, but it also uplifts your spirits. Changing your mindset to embrace the opportunity to move your body can foster a greater appreciation for what your body can achieve. These small adjustments in daily routines can lead to more fulfilling, happier lives. Embrace these practices, and you might find that happiness is closer than you think.
