10 MINUTE ABS YOU CAN DO ANYWHERE W/SWIFFER PADS

This Ab workout was no joke and all I used for it was swiffer pads (you can use anything that slides on hardwood floors washclothes etc)

Do each movement controlled and with intention!

3 exercises back to back with no rest in between.

After completing all 3 rest for 30-60 seconds and repeat 3-4x total!

tips:

Avoid letting your low back sink when doing any core exercises. Practice on bracing your core (think pulling your belly button into your spine or act as if someone is about to punch you in the stomach).

This will help you properly engage your core and avoid feeling it in your low back!
