GLUTE DEMOLISHER YOU HAVE TO TRY!
I did this at the end of my last leg day and it was bruuuutal so I wanted to share.
It was a great finisher for my leg day but you can start with it too to really get your booty warmed up and ready for your workout. I did 3 sets total with 3 minutes rest in between.
If you’re lifting and executing each rep with intent you should need the rest to get ready for the next one.
Start with 12 RDL’s slow and controlled on the way down every single time
SUPERSET WITH 👇
10 Pulsing Squats (3 sec count at the bottom of the movement).
I’d love to hear if you tried and what you thought:)

The glute demolisher workout consists of two key exercises: RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts) and pulsing squats. Start by focusing on performing 12 slow, controlled RDLs, which allow you to engage your hamstrings and glutes effectively. Aim to push your hips back and maintain a slight bend in the knees while avoiding excessive downward motion. After completing the RDLs, immediately superset with 10 pulsing squats. For this exercise, ensure you maintain a steady 3-second count at the bottom of the movement to maximize muscle tension and activation in your glutes. This combination not only targets your glutes directly but also provides a significant challenge to your overall leg strength. Remember to rest for 3 minutes between sets to recover adequately before diving into the next round. Consistency is key to seeing results, so incorporate this workout into your leg day routine regularly. Whether you're an advanced athlete or a fitness beginner, this glute demolisher routine can be adjusted to fit your level, offering both challenge and effectiveness in building powerful glutes. Share your experience after trying it out, and let’s motivate each other to reach fitness goals!
