I understand having a busy schedule can be difficult to either eat and get your meals in or even the right things!

Not having time is an excuse because we ALL have busy lives whether yours is busier than the next doesn’t matter. You just have to plan accordingly!

These are things I do to practice that and reach my protein goal still while getting in enough food everyday!
