Which habit will you try first.

One habit I tried first was the two-minute walk before screen time, which helped me clear my mind and set positive intentions for the day. It was surprisingly refreshing and increased my focus throughout the morning. Another game-changer was scheduling walking meetings. Instead of sitting during discussions, walking helped boost creativity and collaboration with my colleagues. These meetings also burned calories and improved my mood during long workdays. I also began to hydrate before drinking coffee. Initially, I thought it was minor, but drinking water first prevented the typical mid-afternoon slump caused by dehydration. This simple switch gave me consistent energy without feeling jittery. In the evenings, I developed a 5-minute shutdown ritual to mentally leave work behind. Closing my laptop and spending a few minutes wrapping up helped reduce stress and improve my sleep quality. These habits required about 20 minutes in total per day but added significant benefits to my mental and physical health. By starting small and gradually building on these habits, I managed to prevent burnout, enhance productivity, and feel more balanced. I encourage anyone feeling "too busy" to try fitting even one of these into their day—it truly makes a difference.
