Wedding Planning: Venue edition

We finally know where we want to have our wedding!!! Here are the places we picked and why we picked them.

📍Ceremony Location: Arches National Park

- We always wanted a fun location to get married

- National Parks are SOOOO affordable (<$200)

- We want a small, intimate ceremony

- Our spot only holds 25 people

-including us and our photographer

- The colors and views are also AMAZING

-we plan to have our ceremony close to sunset

- You can’t book over a year in advance for a National Park site

- my calendar is marked so I can request it

📍Reception Location: Startup Building in Provo, Utah

- We wanted an affordable venue in a larger city so that people can travel and not have to worry

- We booked for the whole day and it was very affordable (<$3,000)

- It holds 120 people sitting and 300 standing

- this is good for kids having space to play

- The vibe is very us: rustic, wood, warm lighting

- There is a lot of public transportation in this area

- even from Salt Lake City Airport

- There are tons of hotels nearby so I don’t have to worry about blocking rooms
