Half a new round of money. 4,000. - Who has the right? When did you start using it?
The popular "Half Plus Person" living assistance program prepares to walk in front of phase two after the government receives the complaining child from the first phase to have the opportunity to win the full 4,000 baht limit without fighting because the government has already supported the budget.
The Prime Minister, Anin Chan Weegul, has clearly confirmed that it will accelerate the solution of the problem of registration in time or out of rights so that "all groups" have equal access to welfare. Phase 2 will open in December 2025.
Who has the right to register? (Czech first. Otherwise, starve!)

โครงการคนละครึ่งพลัส เฟส 2 เป็นมาตรการที่รัฐบาลตั้งใจออกมาเพื่อช่วยบรรเทาค่าครองชีพในช่วงปลายปีและต้นปีหน้า โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มที่ไม่สามารถลงทะเบียนหรือได้รับสิทธิในเฟสแรก ซึ่งจะได้รับเงินช่วยเหลือสูงสุด 4,000 บาทเต็มจำนวนโดยไม่ต้องแย่งกัน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการกำหนดคุณสมบัติสำคัญเพื่อให้ตรงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เช่น ต้องเป็นผู้มีสัญชาติไทย อายุ 16 ปีขึ้นไป และไม่มีบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ ณ วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 รวมถึงไม่เคยถูกระงับสิทธิหรือถูกเรียกเงินคืนจากโครงการคนละครึ่งในเฟสก่อน ๆ สำหรับการลงทะเบียนใช้งานก็ทำได้ง่ายมาก ผ่านแอป "เป๋าตัง" โดยต้องเปิด G-Wallet ก่อน จากนั้นกดลงทะเบียนเพื่อรับสิทธิ์ รอรับผลอนุมัติผ่านแอปหรือ SMS และเมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติแล้วสามารถเริ่มใช้งานได้ทันทีในเดือนมกราคม 2569 โดยสามารถใช้จ่ายกับร้านค้าที่ร่วมโครงการและรับระบบ "เป๋าตัง" ได้อย่างสะดวกสบาย อีกทั้งร้านค้าบางแห่งยังรองรับสิทธิ์ 50-50 คนละครึ่งพลัสด้วย สิ่งสำคัญคือโครงการนี้เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ตกหล่นได้รับสิทธิอย่างเท่าเทียม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกลุ่มที่ลงทะเบียนไม่ทันหรือหลุดสิทธิในเฟสแรก พร้อมทั้งการันตีการจัดสรรงบประมาณรองรับอย่างเพียงพอจากรัฐบาล อีกทั้งยังช่วยกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจและสนับสนุนร้านค้าในชุมชน ขยายฐานการกระจายรายได้อย่างทั่วถึง แนะนำให้ผู้มีคุณสมบัติเตรียมเอกสารและติดตั้งแอปเป๋าตังไว้ล่วงหน้าเพื่อไม่พลาดช่วงเวลาลงทะเบียน รวมถึงติดตามข่าวสารจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรับประกาศข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมอย่างเป็นทางการ ทั้งนี้ประชาชนยังควรศึกษาข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของโครงการอย่างละเอียดเพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดในการใช้จ่ายแบบคนละครึ่งพลัสช่วยแบ่งเบาภาระค่าครองชีพได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
