On December 9, the Prime Minister's Office spokesman, Siripong Ang-chan, revealed that the Treasury is preparing to propose to the Cabinet to consider the Half Plus Phase 2 project next week to continue to stimulate spending in 2026.

Another 5 million rights will be available to people who have previously participated in the program.

The public can spend through the G-Wallet in the "Money Bag" app and use it on participating stores until December 31, 2025, from 6: 00 to 11: 00 p.m., without needing to complete 200 baht a day.

Must be Thai
16 years of age or older as at the date of registration
There's an ID card.
State welfare card not held (according to 1 Oct 2025 database)
Has never been suspended or refunded in half of previous projects.
The government emphasizes that this measure will rotate the foundation economy, distribute revenue to stores across the country, and help people get in early 2026, where the cost of living is still a big problem in the country.

โครงการคนละครึ่งพลัส เฟส 2 เป็นมาตรการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจที่มีเป้าหมายหลักในการช่วยประชาชนและร้านค้าระดับฐานรากให้สามารถรับมือกับภาระค่าครองชีพในช่วงต้นปี 2569 ได้ดียิ่งขึ้น โดยรัฐได้เตรียมเปิดให้ลงทะเบียนถึง 15 ล้านสิทธิ แบ่งเป็น 10 ล้านสิทธิสำหรับผู้ที่ยังไม่เคยเข้าร่วมมาก่อน และ 5 ล้านสิทธิสำหรับผู้ที่เคยเข้าร่วมโครงการนี้มาก่อน เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมกลุ่มเป้าหมายอย่างกว้างขวางที่สุด การใช้งานวงเงินสิทธินี้จะต้องทำผ่านระบบ G-Wallet ของแอปพลิเคชัน "เป๋าตัง" ซึ่งได้รับความนิยมและเชื่อถือด้านความปลอดภัยและความสะดวกสบายในการใช้งาน ผู้ใช้สามารถจับจ่ายใช้สอยสินค้าหรือบริการกับร้านค้ารวมถึงสถานประกอบการต่าง ๆ ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการได้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ให้ครบวันละ 200 บาทเหมือนครั้งก่อน ๆ ส่งผลให้การใช้จ่ายมีความยืดหยุ่น ตอบโจทย์การใช้ชีวิตประจำวันของประชาชนที่แตกต่างกัน สำหรับคุณสมบัติของผู้ร่วมโครงการนั้น จะต้องเป็นผู้มีสัญชาติไทย อายุ 16 ปีขึ้นไป ณ วันที่ลงทะเบียน มีบัตรประชาชน และไม่ได้ถือบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐตามฐานข้อมูลวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 อีกทั้งต้องไม่เคยถูกระงับสิทธิหรือถูกเรียกเงินคืนจากโครงการคนละครึ่งเฟสก่อนหน้านี้ เพื่อให้การจัดสรรสิทธิเป็นไปอย่างทั่วถึงและเป็นธรรม มาตรการนี้ยังมีความสำคัญต่อเศรษฐกิจฐานรากและระบบธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก-กลางทั่วประเทศ เพราะนอกจากจะช่วยให้ประชาชนมีกำลังเงินใช้จ่ายแล้ว ยังช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผู้ประกอบการร้านค้า มีรายได้และกลับมามีความมั่นคงทางการเงินได้ในระยะยาว นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการกระจายรายได้อย่างเหมาะสมสู่ชุมชนต่าง ๆ ซึ่งมีผลต่อการฟื้นฟูเศรษฐกิจภาพรวมของประเทศ ดังนั้น ผู้ที่สนใจควรติดตามประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการเกี่ยวกับวันเปิดลงทะเบียน วิธีการสมัคร และเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมที่จะเผยแพร่หลังการอนุมัติของคณะรัฐมนตรีในเร็ววันนี้ เพื่อไม่พลาดโอกาสสำคัญในการรับสิทธิดังกล่าว และเตรียมตัวใช้สิทธิ์ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในต้นปี 2569 ซึ่งถือเป็นช่วงเวลาสำคัญของการปรับตัวและฟื้นฟูเศรษฐกิจของคนไทยทุกคน
