In Thai politics, "exclusive" is like a shield that keeps the wind, keeps the rain off, and - sometimes - holds responsibility for certain politicians. This shield makes it "called for an exam, not possible," "sued, armored," "hard-to-touch police," "searched, there are exceptions." All this happens because the status of the MP is still full, but the key question is... when the council is dissolved, what will happen one day?

The answer is clear and straightforward:

Exclusive MPs will be "immediately extinguished" with the dissolution of Parliament.

No shields, no prerogatives, no more protections. Everything goes back to the "1 ordinary citizen" status of being legally prosecuted like everyone in society.

What happened immediately after the dissolution of Parliament?

1) Hanging case. Move forward immediately.

Before the dissolution of Parliament, many MPs used the privilege of

"Meeting in progress. Let's postpone the investigation."

"Exclusive, don't go to court now."

But when the nest condition... that right is exhausted immediately.

Police, courts, independent organizations, free-to-air.

3) Exempt the right to use "post" as an excuse to the monitoring organization.

Every outstanding case is retroactively dismissed by the Czechs from the first day of admission to the Council.

4) Constitutional rights that used to save themselves → disappeared

There is no right against prosecution under the Exclusive Clause.

- There used to be an MP whose corruption case was postponed shortly after the dissolution of Parliament.

- There was a congressman who refused to report the check case.

- There's a congressman using the right to protect speech in Congress to insult other people, but after the dissolution of Congress, all out-of-Congress speech is fully indicted.

The key lesson:

When there is no shield of power to protect... the truth will come to everyone equally.

This is what Thai society should "bright eyes."

- Some people are good at chairs.

- Some people are exclusive.

- Someone escaped the truth with the word "have a meeting."

- But when the council dissolved, everyone went back to their ordinary lives.

And... the law never forgets anyone.

Conclusion: Don't stray to the illusion of "prerogative, politician."
