My little sassy baby🐶

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin with my little Halo? She truly is the definition of a 'sassy baby' and brings so much joy (and a little bit of playful chaos!) into my life every single day. If you've been wondering what life is like with a black Cane Corso puppy, let me tell you, it's an adventure! Just recently, we went on a short road trip, and Halo, with her adorable pink collar and leash, was truly in her element. You know how some dogs get anxious in the car? Not my Halo! She quickly found her favorite spot, resting her head right on my leg. It melts my heart every time. She looked so relaxed, eyes partially closed, just soaking in the vibrations of the car. It's moments like these that make all the puppy training worth it. She might be a big breed, but in those moments, she's just my sweet, cuddly little girl. Cane Corsos are known for being protective and majestic, but as puppies, they have this incredible, goofy charm. Halo is no exception. Her 'sassy' comes out in her playful nips (gentle ones, of course!), her determined stares when she wants a treat, and the way she parades around with her favorite squeaky toy. Every day is a new discovery with her. One minute she’s zooming around the garden like a tiny, furry rocket, and the next, she’s curled up, dreaming puppy dreams with little barks and twitching paws. For anyone considering a Cane Corso, be prepared for a dog with a huge heart and a strong personality. Early socialization and training are key, but the rewards are immense. Halo loves her walks, exploring new smells, and meeting new (friendly!) faces. She’s incredibly smart, sometimes too smart for her own good, figuring out puzzles and toys faster than I can hide them. Getting her used to car rides early on was a big win. We started with short trips, making sure she had positive associations – treats, praise, and a comfy bed. Now, she practically leaps into the car, knowing it often means an exciting new destination, or at least a fun outing to the park. Seeing her so content, whether it's snoozing on my lap during a drive or playfully tugging on her leash during a walk, reminds me why I chose this incredible breed.
