For the girlies….Day One or One Day???

Start this 28 day challenge with me!!! Today is day one for me!!!!! Please let’s be more active at home!! This is for my stay at home moms, my work from home girls, my girls who just don’t want to go to a gym, and for my girls who just want to challenge themselves! I don’t have many friends but I hope to inspire and push other women to be great!!! Find happiness from within! Loving yourself taking care of your needs. I’m a mom of 2 and lived everyday thinking my only purpose was to raise my kids but I have more to share. I got in shape from working out at home first. I want to help motivate others to just start I googled everything and watched YouTube use my resources to get where I am today!!! I’m hoping that by sharing here that I can save someone time lol but most importantly inspire. Join me and let’s hold each other accountable come on ladies who’s with me?????
