I like to apply it using a dropper to target specific areas, massaging it gently for better absorption. The pre-poo mask, made with carrier oils like avocado oil combined with a couple drops of rosemary essential oil, protects hair from the harsh effects of shampooing. It builds a protective layer around the cuticle, making hair less prone to breakage during washing. I’ve noticed my hair feels softer and looks shinier after using this mask regularly. To maximize benefits, I usually leave the pre-poo mask on for about 30-40 minutes before washing, which gives my scalp and hair enough time to absorb the nourishment. Plus, incorporating this routine twice a week has helped my high porosity hair retain moisture better.
