It seems that the pond of Koiki Shrine and Mizuta Tenmangu Shrine is shining quietly at night💇♀️
For the first time in about 60 years, a pond in the grounds of Mizuta Tenmangu Shrine in Chikugo City, Fukuoka Prefecture, which is visited by many worshipers wishing for the fulfillment of a good relationship, has been completely purified and a new big "heart" has appeared.
The pond is said to have been built in 1718 (Kyoho 3), and is about 800 square meters of "Shinji Pond" dug in the shape of "heart." It is said that full purification has been done since around 1961 (Showa 36).
