Kindle or tablet??

Why I love reading on my Amazon Fire tablet.

I don’t have a typical kindle paperwhite or other versions of the kindle, but I’ve always used the Amazon fire tablet!

❤️ I love that I can download apps, Netflix, Hulu, TikTok, Pinterest. I can get on Goodreads.

❤️ battery still last a long time. Maybe not as long as an actual kindle where you can go a week on a single charge. But I can still get a a few days on one charge.

❤️ easy to travel, especially with kids. I love that I can get on Netflix or play a game with my kids when we travel. And since I use the kindle app on the Fire, I can use my phone and pick up right where I left off. No matter where I am.

❤️ the glare and shine doesn’t bother my eyes. I know people often complain their eyes hurt. But I don’t have the attention span to read for hours at a time. So my eyes never are bothered.

I have a kindle paper white and a kindle fire. I use my kindle fire for books from the library that I want to read that aren’t on KU! Love them both

I always tell people it depends on what they plan to do. There are benefits to both. Personally, when I traded in my 2018 Kindle Paperwhite, I got a Fire 7 tablet, which was nice for long travel because I had ebooks and a few movies on 1 device. I am saving for a Boox Go 6, which looks like a Paperwhite but uses Google Play, so it can access all the reading apps - Kindle, Nook, Google Books, etc.
