Gourmet Diary: Fashionable Chinese from New York. The interior of the restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere with sparkling Swarovski chandeliers. You can enjoy seasonal Cantonese cuisine, but my favorite is Xiaolongbao with special crab meat. It goes well with black vinegar and ginger and is exquisite. There are also single items for lunch, but the price does not change so much, so I recommend the course. On this day, I selected a set of Mara Dandan noodles (2530 yen). I had a lot of soda with Shaoxing wine.
私も 以前ニューヨークのJOE'S SHANGHAI NEW YORKで食事をした際、店内の華やかなスワロフスキーのシャンデリアにまず感動しました。料理はどれも新鮮で、特に蟹肉入り小龍包は、口に入れた瞬間に旨味が広がり、黒酢と生姜のさっぱりした風味と絶妙に合っていました。 ランチタイムには単品注文も可能ですが、私の経験ではコースの方がコストパフォーマンスが良く、色々な料理を楽しめるのでおすすめです。麻辣担々麺セットは辛さがほどよく、コクのある味わいで、紹興酒のソーダ割りと合わせるとさらに食事が進みました。 また、食後のデザートやドリンクも充実しており、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせるのが嬉しいポイントです。ニューヨークでの特別な食体験を求める方に、ぜひ訪れてほしいレストランです。小龍包好きなら絶対に外せない名店として自信をもっておすすめします。
