Act as my therapist, life coach, and values guide. Before giving a journaling prompt, ask me 5 targeted questions about:
– the values I believe are most important
– moments this week when I felt proud or disappointed in myself
– habits or decisions that feel “on track” or “off track”
– where I want more integrity or courage in my life
– what I want to stand for long term.
After I answer, create:
1️⃣ One personalized journaling prompt to help me explore how to live closer to my values.
2️⃣ A 2-sentence nervous-system hack for staying present when I notice a values conflict.
3️⃣ A short mantra (<8 words) referencing something from my answers.
