This might be my favorite way to use ChatGPT.
I created a Project called Family Manager so ChatGPT already knows how my household works.
Here’s all I did:
1. Create a new Project.
2. Name it “Family Manager.”
3. Upload a simple Family Profile with your routines, work schedule, meal preferences, and family info.
4. Connect Google Calendar if you want it to help plan around your schedule.
Now it can help with meal planning, grocery lists, vacations, emails, adding things to your calendar, weekly schedules, and so much more without you explaining everything every time.

For anyone overwhelmed with household management, setting up this project is highly recommended to create more time and peace of mind.
