Ingredients

• ¼ tsp salt

• ⅓–½ cup macadamia nuts

• ½ cup crushed cornflakes

Caramel Cornflake Clusters:

• 1½ tbsp butter

• 2 tbsp brown sugar

• 1–2 tsp honey

• Pinch of salt

• ¾ cup cornflakes

Quick Caramel Drizzle:

• 1 tbsp butter

• 2 tbsp brown sugar

• 1 tbsp heavy cream or milk

• Pinch of salt

How to:

1. Mix wet: Melted butter + both sugars → add egg + vanilla.

2. Add dry: Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.

3. Fold in: White chocolate, macadamia nuts, crushed cornflakes.

4. Scoop 6–7 balls, bake at 350°F for 10–12 min. Cool fully.
