Homemade pavlovas! This was so fun! I did made a wreath one if you guys want to see that!

Recipe:
• 4 large egg whites, room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form.
3. Slowly add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well between each addition.
4. Increase speed to high and beat until glossy stiff peaks form and sugar is fully dissolved.
5. Gently fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla.
6. Spoon meringue onto parchment into a 7–8 inch circle, creating a shallow dip in the center.
7. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
