... Baca lagiSaya mula sedar sejak beberapa tahun lalu, bahawa hanya bergantung pada motivasi semata-mata tidak mencukupi untuk mencapai matlamat saya. Motivasi datang dan pergi, kadang kala saya rasa bersemangat luar biasa, tapi di hari lain saya langsung tiada semangat. Apa yang membuat perbezaan sebenar dalam perjalanan saya adalah dengan mengutamakan disiplin. Disiplin bermaksud saya tetap melakukan perkara yang perlu walaupun saya tidak berasa mahu melakukannya. Contohnya, walaupun saya tidak bersemangat untuk bersenam atau menyelesaikan kerja, saya tetap bersiap dan melaksanakan tugas tersebut kerana saya tahu bahawa kejayaan besar datang dari tindakan konsisten. Sebuah ayat yang saya sentiasa ingat ialah, "POV: You stopped waiting for motivation and started showing up." Ini menjelaskan bahawa menunggu motivasi hanyalah menyebabkan kita terperangkap dalam keadaan tidak bergerak. Tetapi apabila kita membuat keputusan untuk hadir dan bertindak, kita membuka jalan untuk kemajuan nyata. Dalam pengalaman saya, membangun rutin harian yang disiplin membantu saya mencapai lebih banyak dalam jangka masa panjang. Disiplin mengajar saya bertanggungjawab terhadap masa dan keputusan saya. Ia juga membina tabiat positif yang akhirnya membuatkan tugas sukar menjadi lebih mudah. Saya juga mencuba teknik kecil seperti menetapkan matlamat jangka pendek yang boleh dicapai setiap hari, ini membantu mengekalkan momentum dan mengurangkan rasa terlalu terbeban. Selain itu, saya belajar untuk tidak terlalu keras pada diri sendiri apabila gagal, tetapi terus kembali dan memulakan semula dengan disiplin. Kesimpulannya, motivasi memang penting sebagai pemangkin, tetapi disiplin adalah bahan bakar yang mengekalkan perjalanan kita ke hadapan. Saya galakkan anda semua untuk mula memberi fokus kepada disiplin dalam hidup anda untuk mencapai impian dan matlamat dengan lebih konsisten dan berkesan.
