I'm down 10 pounds as of now, and I'm aiming to lose another 46! part of my last weight gain was due to unrestricted eating habits during sports, which continued after when I was no longer working out like I had. but I had also gained muscle so it wasn't all bad!

follow to join my journey to get to 140 before summer! I would love to support others as well on their journey

Start by focusing on your daily step count; even adding 2,000 steps can be beneficial. It’s essential to consume a diet rich in protein and fiber to keep you satisfied without feeling deprived. Remember, weight loss isn’t just about cutting calories; it’s important to maintain a balanced diet that doesn’t restrict food groups you enjoy. Drinking plenty of water also plays a crucial role in supporting weight loss and overall health. Additionally, keep in mind that weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Focus on gradual changes that you can stick to over the long term. This might involve meal prepping, finding physical activities you love, or joining a community for support and accountability. Whether you are just starting or restarting your weight loss journey, having a supportive group can provide motivation and help you stay on track. Make sure to share your experiences and challenges in forums related to weight loss and fitness, as collaboration can catalyze your success.
