After a bit of experimenting my family is obsessed with these high protein waffles!! One waffle comes out to 93 calories and 8.9 grams of protein and they’re so easy to make!

Mix 1 cup of Kodiak pancake mix, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 egg, and 3/4 fairlife mix in a bowl and cook up in your favorite waffle maker.

This recipe makes 8 waffles in a mini waffle maker!
