1- Make a vision board; having your goals layed out in an aesthetic form helps you stay motivated, print it out and hang it somewhere you can see it.
2- adapt a new hobby; hobbies like gardening, baking, and art are great for expanding your skill set while feeling very accomplished. The fact that you can see your progress and hard work helps your brain appreciate what you do.
3-journaling; just write down your thoughts, doodle, write poems. If you have trouble sleeping because your brain is too packed, journaling is a really good solution.
4-Meditation; you don’t need any supplies or fancy techniques. After you get home from school or whenever you need to focus just find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and sit. Don’t move, try not to think about anything, and just clear your mind. You’ll find that after meditation you’ll be much more focused and productive.
5- Take care of your body; make sure to get sleep at night and eat nutritious and satisfying meals. This will help keep your energy high and focused.
