Lofthouse wannabes
Loft house cookies have a special place in my heart. I am trying to recreate them and in the process trying out different recipes. I unfortunately have not reached that same cookie mouthfeel. These do taste better and the cookies are delicious but it’s definitely not a lofthouse. I’m going to keep trying these out and if I get there I will absolutely share the recipe.
