A: Ice usually has 8 hours of work, 1 hour of rest, and then 1 hour of closing the shop. หลายคนทักมาถามเพิ่มเรื่อง “พาร์ทไทม์ Swensen’s” กับ “ชุดสเวนเซ่น” เลยขอเสริมจากที่เล่าไว้ให้ละเอียดขึ้นค่ะ เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจก่อนสมัครจริง เรื่องชุดสเวนเซ่น: หลังผ่านงาน/เริ่มงาน ส่วนใหญ่ร้านจะมีชุดยูนิฟอร์มให้ 1 ชุดตามที่เคยบอก แต่สิ่งที่อยากแนะนำคือควรถามสาขาให้ชัดว่า “ต้องเตรียมอะไรเพิ่มเองไหม” เพราะบางที่อาจให้แค่เสื้อ แต่ต้องเตรียมกางเกงสีดำ/รองเท้าหุ้มส้นกันลื่นเอง (รองเท้าสำคัญมาก เดินทั้งวัน ถ้าพื้นลื่นคือเหนื่อยและเสี่ยงล้ม) ส่วนทรงผมหรือเล็บก็ควรเรียบร้อย เล็บไม่ยาว น้ำหอมไม่ฉุน เพราะทำงานบริการและอยู่ใกล้อาหารค่ะ พาร์ทไทม์ Swensen’s ทำอะไรบ้าง (วันจริงจะประมาณนี้): ถ้าอยู่ฟลอร์จะเจอครบตั้งแต่รับลูกค้า วางเมนู แนะนำโปร/ขายบัตร รับออเดอร์ เสิร์ฟน้ำ-ไอติม เก็บโต๊ะ เช็ดโต๊ะ เติมของเล็กๆน้อยๆ และต้องสื่อสารกับหลังบ้านตลอด ช่วงพีคคือจะไม่ได้หยุดเดินจริงๆ ถ้ากังวลเรื่อง “กดออเดอร์ผิด” แนะนำให้ทวนกับลูกค้าทุกครั้ง เช่น รสไอติม/ท็อปปิ้ง/ขนาด แล้วค่อยกด จะช่วยลดโอกาสพลาดมากๆ รายได้และความคุ้ม: ค่าแรงแต่ละสาขาไม่เท่ากันอยู่แล้ว แต่ถ้าเป้าคือเก็บเงิน แนะนำให้ลองคำนวณคร่าวๆตามชั่วโมงที่ไหว เช่น 6–8 ชม./วัน ทำกี่วันต่อสัปดาห์ แล้วบวกค่าขายบัตร (ถ้าสาขามี) จะเห็นภาพชัดขึ้นว่า “พอคุ้มกับแรงไหม” อีกอย่างที่หลายคนมองข้ามคือค่าเดินทาง/ค่ากินระหว่างกะ ถ้าบ้านไกลมาก รายได้สุทธิจะลดลงเยอะค่ะ เรื่องสังคมและการเอาตัวรอด: ถ้าเจอบรรยากาศตึงๆ ให้โฟกัสที่งานและมารยาทการทำงานก่อน พูดน้อยแต่ชัดเจน จดสิ่งที่ต้องทำเป็นลิสต์ในหัว/ในสมุดเล็กๆ และอย่ารับคำพูดแรงๆมาเป็นอารมณ์ตัวเองทั้งหมด (ยากแต่ช่วยได้จริง) ถ้าถึงขั้นโดนด่าหยาบ/โดนเอาเปรียบเรื่องเงินหรือกะงาน ให้คุยกับผู้จัดการสาขาตรงๆด้วยเหตุผลและหลักฐาน เช่น ตารางกะ/เวลาตอกบัตร สุดท้าย ถ้าถามว่าควรไปต่อไหม ส่วนตัวมองว่าเหมาะกับคนที่อยากฝึกงานบริการ ฝึกความอึด การสื่อสาร และอยากได้ประสบการณ์ทำงานจริงเร็วๆ แต่ถ้าร่างกายไม่ไหวหรือสังคมกระทบใจหนัก ลองเปลี่ยนสาขาหรือหางานพาร์ทไทม์แนวอื่นก็ได้ค่ะ เพราะสภาพแวดล้อมแต่ละที่ต่างกันมากจริงๆ
