Today marks one of the most sacred days in the Christian faith—Good Friday is the day we remember the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. It’s a somber, powerful reminder of His sacrifice—of a love so deep, He gave His life so we could have ours.
To be honest, Good Friday always makes me feel a little sad. I often feel unworthy of that kind of love… but then I remember—God knew exactly what He was doing. He saw us, in all our brokenness, and still chose the cross. Not out of obligation, but out of relentless, unconditional love.
