I never could’ve imagined that one decision—choosing to take care of myself mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally—would completely change the trajectory of my life. It didn’t just impact me… it’s transformed my family and my ministry too.
What started as a simple desire to balance my hormones turned into a journey of total healing.
