We often want God to show us the entire path, but He calls us to walk by faith

Good morning, friends!

Have you ever had a season where life felt overwhelming and you wondered how you were going to make it through?

I know I’ve had many moments where I relied on my own grit, determination, and hard work to push forward. There were times when I questioned whether God was really there or if He was listening. Looking back now, I can see that He was always present. Sometimes the lesson wasn’t in the breakthrough. It was in the waiting.

We often want God to show us the entire path, but faith calls us to walk by faith and not by sight. There is power in trusting Him when the answers aren’t clear. There is strength in the growth that happens during the pause, in the stillness, and in the moments when we surrender control and trust His timing.

Whatever you may be facing today, know that God sees you, He hears you, and His plans for your life are greater than anything you could imagine. Even when the circumstances around you don’t make sense, trust that He is working in ways you may not yet see.

I’d love to hear from you. Have you ever experienced a time when God showed up in your life during a season of waiting? Or is there something you’re believing and trusting Him for right now?

If you need prayer, please leave a comment or send me a message. It would be an honor to pray with you and for you.

Have a blessed day!

... Read moreIn my personal experience, walking by faith during difficult seasons has truly transformed my perspective on life’s challenges. When I found myself overwhelmed, unsure of the future, and longing for clarity, it wasn’t immediate answers that brought peace, but learning to surrender control and trust that God was present even in the waiting. One powerful reminder that helped me was the scripture "God is faithful" from 1 Corinthians 10:13, which reassures that no matter what you face, God’s strength is greater than the obstacle. This encouraged me to keep moving forward step by step, even when I couldn’t see the entire path ahead. I also discovered that the moments of stillness and pause allowed for growth that wouldn't be possible otherwise. Through prayer and reflection, I began to notice subtle ways God was working behind the scenes—comforting me, providing new opportunities, and guiding my heart towards hope. Sometimes, expecting God to reveal everything at once leads to frustration, but faith calls for a daily commitment to trust. It’s like walking through a fog where you only see the next step, but trusting that the path will unfold as you move forward. Encouragingly, many find that during these seasons, community and support—like prayer partners or sharing one’s struggles—can be vital. It reminded me that God uses others to bring encouragement and light during times of waiting. If you find yourself in such a season, remember that God sees you and hears your cries. Your journey is part of a bigger plan, and faith provides the strength to keep going. Trust the process, embrace the growth in the pause, and hold onto hope for the breakthroughs yet to come.
