高島で「ピザ食べたいな」と探していて見つけたのが、Casa di Kudos（カーサディクドス）。外観は緑に包まれていて、入口の石畳の小道を歩く時点でちょっとした旅気分になります。看板に「WELCOME WE ARE OPEN」と出ているのも、初めてでも入りやすくて安心でした。 行く前に気になったのは、やっぱり“メニュー”と“実際どうだったか（レビュー）”。私が行った時は、定番のマルゲリータ系から、にんにくが効いたアイヨ、チーズ好き向けのクアトロフォルマッジ、季節限定のデザートピッツァまで幅広くて迷いました。写真で見ても分かる通り、焼き立ての香ばしい焦げ目がしっかりあって、生地の食感も楽しめるタイプ。具材もちゃんと主役級で、オーガニック食材にこだわっているのが食べた後にじわっと伝わってきます。 個人的に印象に残ったのはデザート。瓶入りの自家製ティラミスは見た目がかわいくて、食後でも重すぎずペロッといけました。季節限定のデザートピッツァも、りんごのコンポート＋牛乳ジェラートの組み合わせが最高で、「甘いのに食事の延長で楽しめる」感じ。ピザ屋さんでデザートまで当たりだと満足度が一気に上がります。 店内は木の梁がある温かい空間で、窓のレースカーテン越しに外の緑が見えるのが癒し。いわゆる“高島市のピザ屋さん”というより、自然の中の隠れ家レストランに来た感覚でした。写真目的で行っても、外観・入口・店内のどこを切り取っても絵になります。 注意点としては、行くなら予約推奨なこと。私も「予約しておけばよかったかも」と思うタイミングがあったので、特に週末や観光シーズンは先に連絡するのが安心です。駐車場は5台ほどとのことなので、複数人で行くなら乗り合わせもおすすめ。あと、時期によっては臨時休業の案内が出ていることがあるので、公式サイトや最新情報のチェックは必須です。 「casa di kudos 写真」や「casa di kudos レビュー」で探している人は、自然×本格ピザ×落ち着く空間を求めていると思うので、まさにその期待に応えてくれるお店でした。次は別のメニュー（フンギやビスマルク系）も食べに行きたいです。
