Boiled rice tied to something no one told me when I was a kid.
When I was young, I was very hungry. I found a bundle of porridge.
No questions, no nutrition labels, no cal counting app 🤭.
It's just wet banana leaves, fragrance and the feeling that the world is okay.
Growing up, we realized that 🤔
Glutinous rice + sweet filling + coconut milk. At the same time.
Is the sugar that rises so fast. 🫠🫣🤫
It's not the fault of the mush bundle.
But it's something to know. 🤔
And how to grow up and eat? 🫥
Eat after a meal, not after a meal. 🤤
If the stomach is empty and sweet, sugar rises faster than usual, but if the latter has protein or vegetables, the body is more stable than 😮.
Half a bundle is enough. 🤤🤭
A bundle of porridge is not small, divided, or eaten in half, and then stop listening to the body for a moment, and it still tastes 🤗
Choose a bundle that is not very sweet. 😏
The purely black bean filling is much less sweet than the sugar mixture filling. Some are also made traditional that do not add more sweet.
Eat and move ☺️🏃🏻 ➡️
No need to exercise hard. Just walk after eating for 10-15 minutes. It really helps the body manage sugar better. 👟
Bundle porridge is not the enemy. 😚
It's a handmade snack, wrapped with heart, and it always tastes good.
It's just grown up. We just know it more than we do as children. 😋
