"Half Plus Person Phase 2" Check Registration Date-Conditions-Restrictions and Deferred Spending

November 17, 2025 - The government informs the public to prepare for the Half Plus Phase 2 project after the first phase has been spent since October 29 to help reduce the burden of living by supporting co-pay costs between the state and the public.

Those who fall behind "rights" from the first phase will be entitled to a 4,000 baht grant, a limit already prepared by the government.

✅ Registration eligibility

* Must have Thai nationality

* 16 years of age or older at the date of registration.

* ID card available

* Not a State Welfare Card holder (data as of Oct 1, 2025)

* Has never been suspended or refunded from half the scheme in all phases.

📝 How to register half a project

1. Download the wallet app and activate G-Wallet

2. Click "Register for Rights" through the app.

3. Check the registration results in the app.

4. People who have never participated before will be notified of SMS results with re-examination in the app.

5. When you get the right, press half a banner to start spending.

💰 Benefits-Schedule Spending

* Those who have fallen or are not eligible for the first phase will register for the second phase during December 2025.

* The grantee of Phase 2 will receive a limit of 4,000 baht.

* Those who receive the first phase also receive the same phase 2 rights.

* Phase 2 starts spending in January 2026.

The government will announce the official registration reopening date, when it is clear that it will report immediately to the public to have full and universal access to all groups of rights.
