Excelで同じファイルの複数シートを見るとき、ウィンドウを分割してもシート間での比較がしづらいことありませんか？筆者も長らくWindowsのウィンドウ分割（Windows+←→）で対応していましたが、結局同一ファイル内のシート比較はできずにストレスを感じていました。そこでおすすめなのがAltキーを利用したショートカット、【Alt→W→N】です。この操作で現在のブックを複製した新しいウィンドウが開くため、並べて表示すればシートごとの比較がラクにできるようになります。筆者もこの方法を導入してから、大量の数値照合や表のチェック作業が格段にスムーズになり、誰かに手直しを頼まれても瞬時に違いを検出できています。また、複製したウィンドウはWindowsの左右画面分割機能と組み合わせるとさらに効率的に使えます。例えば左側に元ファイル、右側に複製ファイルを配置し、違いを目視で確認しやすくします。もちろん複製したウィンドウは単独でも活用可能なので、作業スタイルやモニター環境に合わせて使い分けてください。この技は単に画面比較用途だけでなく、異なるシートでの情報を並行編集したい時や、複数人で異なるウィンドウを使って作業効率を高めたい場合にも役立ちます。Excelの小技一つで日々の仕事が時短できるので、ぜひ取り入れてみてください。
