Keto Walnut Bars

Ingredients

(Crust)

1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup of granulated sweetener (Swerve)

1 tbsp vanilla

1 large egg

1 1/4 cups of almond flour

Pinch of salt

Bake crust for 25 minutes at 350°

(Filling)

2 eggs eggs

1 1/2 cups of brown sugar substitute (Swerve)

2 tbsp of vanilla

1/2 tsp of baking soda

2 tbsp of almond flour

Pinch of salt

1 cup of walnuts

Pour on top of the crust and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely.

Glaze

1 cup of powdered sweetener

1-2 tbsp of heavy cream and lemon juice (add more liquid to loosen the glaze)

After everything cools, pour on the glaze. Let glaze set before cutting into bars.
