Best Mascara To Use

Let me start off i have never had a mascara that brings out my eyes as well as this one does. It provides both volume and length and makes my eyes pop. It’s waterproof and trust me i’ve cried tons of times and this does not budge at all, straight up waterproof and tear proof. It’s incredibly cheap
