You ever sit in the car to collect your thoughts

When I get home from work finishing the song that’s playing allows me to collect my thoughts. I have some issues with anxiety and being able to sit and let my thoughts unwind is one of my favorite things. Does anyone else like to do this or is it just me? #embracevulnerability
