Aura Celestial Nails 💅
I’ve been doing my nails for a couple months and it still need to work on my shaping lol
It tried some aurora nails without an airbrush, just a brush and the pigment. I don’t think they came out too bad. I’ll try dark base with light color next because I’m not sure if it’ll work.
Hey everyone! So glad you're here because I wanted to dive a bit deeper into my celestial aurora nail journey. As you saw, I tackled these magical nails at home without an airbrush, and honestly, the results blew me away! If you're wondering how to get that stunning 'aurora effect nails' or dreaming of 'light blue celestial nails' that look like they're straight out of a galaxy, you're in the right place. One of the biggest questions I get is about achieving the 'aurora effect' without fancy equipment. My secret? It's all about layering sheer pigments over a base. For my 'light blue-green aurora effect' nails, I used a sheer, almost milky white base first. Once cured, I took a very fine brush and applied the iridescent pigment in light, sweeping motions, starting from the center and blending outwards. The key is to build it up slowly and lightly. This technique works perfectly for 'jelly aura nails' too; just make sure your pigment is finely milled and your top coat is super glossy! Want to try other colors? It's super easy to switch it up! For 'aurora blue nails', you'd use a sheer blue pigment over a white or light blue base. If you're a fan of 'green celestial nails' or 'celestial green nails', simply swap in a beautiful green iridescent pigment. The magic of the aurora effect is how versatile it is with different hues. I'm planning to experiment with a darker base and lighter pigment next, which I think will create an even more dramatic, deep space look. To truly bring out the 'celestial theme', embellishments are a must! After achieving the aurora effect, I applied tiny 'silver star embellishments' and 'clear rhinestones'. A little dot of builder gel or clear topcoat acts as the perfect adhesive. Carefully place your stars and rhinestones with a wax picker or reverse tweezers, then cure. This transforms your nails into a dazzling night sky. My nails are 'almond-shaped nails', and I find this shape really enhances the elegant, ethereal vibe of the celestial design. If you're struggling with shaping, a good trick is to file evenly from both sides of the nail towards the center, checking frequently for symmetry. For those of you searching for 'simple celestial nails', remember that you don't need to go overboard with every single element. Sometimes, just the aurora effect with a few strategically placed stars can be incredibly impactful and chic. It's all about what feels right for your personal style. While I can't tell you 'celestial nail locations' for salons, I hope sharing my at-home process empowers you to create your own beautiful 'celestial nails' right where you are. It's a fun and rewarding process, and with a little practice, your results will be out of this world!
