Freelance Broker Career Reviews A Not Easy But Precious Path ⚠️

The latter came to ask about the job of recruiter 😄, so I wanted to share the experience directly today.

I said we were company employees before on the property, but in the back of the house, we learned a lot of work.

But then I dared not come out and do it "for fear of not having a salary."

After a while, the office became saturated, so I tried to find 100% work at WFH.

Okay, more freedom, but still not answering real problems.

So he made a big decision at the age of 24 → applied to be a full broker.

Although there is no money to collect at all!

I just thought...

"I want to try to see if I fall, I can still find a new job because I have no obligation."

We have been working at the company for almost three years.

Very open world. Because using all the skills in life to work.

Have made a small case, middle case, sales case

Touched the whole hundred thousand. 💰

And I've seen months where income is 0 baht. 😂

Until later on, there were mental and emotional problems.

So he decided to become a fully independent broker.

It wasn't easy at first...

Must invest by yourself every baht

Trust must be built entirely on its own.

Many times I ask myself, "Will we survive?"

The lessons we learned from this work experience

The company made us learn how to walk.

Freedom allows us to try running with our own legs.

In the end, whether company or independent, there is no better way.

It depends on what we want out of life.

And if you are friends, what will you choose? Why? Comment, please tell me. 😊
