✨ She Writes in Ash and Moonlight ✨
By Alessandra Graziella Di’Stefano
She does not write in ink alone—
her words are stitched with breath and bone.
Each phrase a spark, a silent flame,
a spell disguised beneath her name.
She writes when no one dares to speak,
when courage curls against her cheek.
Her lines are prayers the stars once knew,
and every comma heals what's true.
She does not chase the polished lie—
she bleeds the truth and lets it fly.
Her verses do not beg or bow,
they rise like dawn, and teach you how.
So if you find her midnight prose,
know it was carved from wounds and rose.
A sanctuary made of sound—
where broken hearts are homeward bound.

In the realm of poetry, the connection between writer and reader is often profound, particularly when words are woven with authenticity and emotion. Many contemporary poets are championing the voices that resonate with experiences of vulnerability, healing, and truth. The act of writing becomes not just a creative outlet but a therapeutic process that speaks to both the author and their audience. When a poet channels their pain into their craft, each word transforms into a lifeline, offering solace to those who find themselves in similar situations. The use of evocative imagery in poetry invites readers on a journey, eliciting feelings that transcend the written word. By harnessing the raw emotions tied to personal experiences, poets can create a body of work that serves as a testament to resilience, hope, and the unyielding spirit of humanity. This blend of artistry and introspection fosters a sense of community among readers who seek understanding and companionship through literature. As you read such transformative works, consider how poetry can bridge the gap between shared emotions and solitary moments, ultimately creating a profound connection through shared human experience.
