simply because it's a surefire way to make your interviewer uncomfortable + put them on the spot!

instead, focus on learning more about the company & the role with questions like:

- Can you tell me about a time that you flagged a concen to upper management? Do you feel like you were hard?

- What's the last change that you implemented based on employee feedback?
