My Go-To Pre-Workout Stack

I’ve tried so many pre workouts and creatines over the last 3 years and it’s safe to say I’ve finally found my staples and I’m not going back!

Starting off with my pre workout. I use EHPlabs OxyShred, this pre workout has 150mg of caffeine which gives me the perfect amount of energy without any crash or tingles. It’s also a thermogenic fat burner so it’ll really make you sweat as well!

Now for creatine, I’ve tried a lot and this one from EHPlabs is the one that I’ve stuck with for a whileeee now. I love mixing it with my pre workout but on days I don’t go to the gym I’ll just put a scoop in one of my protein shakes!
