IDLIFE TRAVEL TIPS 🧳📈

• High Protein Snacks. Boiled eggs (4-5), NurishID Shake, beef jerky, no oil/unsalted nuts... these are actually great meal replacements if you're on the road! (I like to pair a protein with a small portion of a simple carb like dried/unsweetened mango!! 😋)

• Wherever you go out to eat, focus on protein. Order the meats... grilled chicken breast, salmon, steak, etc... higher protein meals will satisfy you quicker & keep your choices leaner while keeping you on track as best as possible.

• Hydrate. Most people confuse thirst with hunger. This is why protein shakes on a road trip are so beneficial... and they are SO EASY!

•AM/PM Customized Nutrition. Hitting your micros are so important for your health/goals when you're in normal routine, but even more so when out and about! Don't go without!

• Slim+ & Lean before each meal... these are a must, but even MORE traveling and not having the ideal choices within your reach. Shuttle what you take in nutrition wise to the right places... like (muscle tissue and not your fat cells).

... Read moreTraveling can often disrupt healthy eating habits, but with the right strategies, you can maintain your nutrition goals on the go. Firstly, prioritizing high-protein meals is crucial. Foods like grilled chicken breast, salmon, and beef jerky can help curb hunger and keep you satisfied longer. Packing snacks such as boiled eggs and unsalted nuts can also serve as great meal replacements during road trips. Staying hydrated is equally important, as thirst can easily be mistaken for hunger. Consider packing nutritional shakes, which are easy to carry and provide essential proteins when you need them most. Don't forget about micronutrients! When traveling, it's easy to overlook your vegetable and fruit intake. Try to bring along AM/PM customized nutrition supplements to ensure you're getting all the vitamins your body needs. Finally, remember that traveling shouldn't mean abandoning your healthy choices; instead, it's about adapting and making the best options available to you. By being proactive, you can enjoy your travels while still staying on track with your health goals!
