Places to Visit - Maryland
If you like nice walks in the park, sitting out by the lake, or just enjoying nature and all it has to offer! Here are a few places I recommend you to visit!!
Each place listed has its own unique experiences!
• Butler’s Orchard I enjoyed picking fresh blueberries and Cherries from this farm!! Very inexpensive, around $10-$15/ person depending on how many pints you would like!
• Lake Artemesia was such a quick beautiful walk! A lot of natural wildlife to see around there! I saw a few snapping turtles, and otters. Which they were so adorable 🥰
• Deep Creek Lake is a great weekend getaway in the mountains!! On this trip I didn’t see any bears but a whole lot of deer!! If you want to enjoy some time and unplug from the rest of the world I HIGHLY recommend coming here! It’s great spot year round!! I went during the fall season 🍁
•Montpelier Farms is a great place to go for pumpkin picking!! I didn’t get a pumpkin this year but they had some nice fall treats, from apple cider slushes, to hay rides in the woods. Great spot to go for date night as well 😌
