Finally a GOOD gluten free pasta
I came up with this recipe to be versatile and to have more nutrition than a box of rice and cheese powder. As a student in Dietetics, it’s important that I find ways to incorporate nutrition to foods that might not have as much. Here I’ve added a recipe I came up with myself using Annie’s gluten-free mac & cheese. Although the items might sound unconventional in this type of recipe, it really works! As someone who CANNOT eat gluten this is one of my top 3 recipes in rotation right now! It’s also perfect for meal prepping! #glutenfreerecipeidea #dieteticstudent #glutenfreemeals #gluten free #nutritionstudent
When it comes to gluten-free options, finding tasty alternatives can be a challenge. This recipe stands out by incorporating rice pasta and Annie’s gluten-free mac & cheese, ensuring that those with gluten intolerance can enjoy a satisfying meal. The addition of nonfat Greek yogurt enhances the creaminess without the extra calories. This recipe not only saves time but also promotes a balanced diet; by adding steamed broccoli, you’re introducing essential vitamins and minerals. Moreover, nutritional value is a key factor in today’s meal prep culture. Each serving contains a combination of healthy fats, proteins, and carbohydrates which are crucial for maintaining energy, especially for those juggling academic and personal commitments. Feel free to customize your dish by adding grilled chicken or other veggies for even more nutrients. Don’t forget the seasonings – they bring the dish to life! Whether you’re a busy student like the author or simply anyone looking for a delicious gluten-free meal option, this recipe is versatile enough for all occasions. Perfect for lunchboxes or quick dinners and with the potential to elevate your meal prep game, it’s a must-try for gluten-sensitive food lovers.
