Upper Body AMRAP Challenge + Bonus Ladder Finisher
Your arms aren’t ready for this one… 💪 3 supersets, 6 moves, 7 reps each — and the clock runs for 4 minutes per superset. Push through as many rounds as you can. Then finish strong with the ladder: 20 jump rope ➝ 2 push ups ➝ 2 tricep dips, adding +2 reps each round. The only limit is how high you
