Dear Lemon8,

Today I tried Korean corn dogs and they were sooo amazing. They had others coated in Hot Cheetos and Ramen, but decided to grab these today. I’m in love! 🥰 & definitely recommend.

My sister also grabbed a box of their Hello Kitty mochi donuts and they were just the cutest things ever! 10/10 recommend 💕

... Read moreIf you're thinking about trying the Korean corn dogs at Ninja Mochi Donut, let me tell you, it's a whole adventure! The original post mentioned Hot Cheetos and Ramen coatings, but I saw even more amazing options. I recently tried a potato dog with all cheese – it was super satisfying and perfectly crispy. My friend went for the blue Takis dog, which had half cheese and half sausage, and it was surprisingly good with that spicy kick that Takis are known for. They really get creative with the flavors, so definitely ask about all the coatings and fillings available. It’s hard to pick just one, so maybe go with a friend and share a few to experience the full range! And those mochi donuts? Beyond the adorable Hello Kitty ones, they have a fantastic selection that’s constantly tempting me. I spotted a churro-flavored mochi donut, shaped like a ring of connected balls and beautifully coated in sugar, which looked absolutely divine. Mochi donuts have such a unique, chewy texture, totally different from regular donuts, and Ninja Mochi Donut does them perfectly – perfectly chewy with just the right amount of sweetness. They're ideal for a lighter dessert or pairing with a refreshing drink. It's tough to choose, but I usually go for whatever seasonal flavor they have or a classic like the churro. Don't even get me started on their drinks! While the main focus might be the donuts and corn dogs, their boba tea menu is equally impressive. I grabbed a brown sugar milk tea with honey boba, and it was heavenly – perfectly layered, creamy, and not too sweet. They have a good variety of milk teas, fruit teas, and refreshing lemonade-style drinks. It’s the perfect complement to balance out the savory corn dogs or add another layer of sweetness to the mochi donuts. If you're a boba fan, you absolutely cannot skip this part of the menu; it truly completes the experience. Overall, Ninja Mochi Donut in Corpus Christi is a gem located at 6181 Saratoga Blvd. It’s not just a place for a quick snack; it’s an experience. The vibe is casual and fun, and the staff are always super friendly, ready to help you navigate their exciting menu. It’s a great spot to hang out with friends, grab a unique dessert, or try something new like a Korean corn dog. For anyone looking for unique dessert options in Corpus Christi, this place really stands out. Forget your typical donut shop; the chewiness of mochi donuts combined with creative flavors makes them a standout. And if you’re new to Korean corn dogs, this is the perfect place to try them. They offer a blend of traditional street food with modern twists, making it accessible and exciting for everyone. Whether you're a local or just passing through Texas, make sure to add Ninja Mochi Donut to your food adventure list! Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!
