Bubbas BBQ also did not disappoint, with their brisket, smoked chicken, mac n cheese, and baked beans providing a soul-warming experience that truly satisfied my BBQ cravings. I highly recommend trying the coffee at Cowboy Coffee Co., which has a great reputation locally; their brew scored an 8/10 in my book—a robust yet smooth cup that's perfect for fueling your day exploring Jackson Hole. The Local's special tri tip sandwich and double bison burger are refreshing takes on regional ingredients that emphasize fresh, flavorful meat. A highlight was the jalapeno popper dip served at Roosevelts, which added just the right amount of spice and creaminess to kick off our meal. Nothing beats ending your dining adventure with a decadent dessert, and the peanut butter pie was my favorite sweet treat, rich and satisfying. Jackson Hole's food scene extends beyond just the dishes to include craft beverages. We sampled local wines like Ebleue Rose and Arca Prosecco, along with huckleberry-infused beer and others from local breweries that nicely complemented our meals. Altogether, Jackson Hole offers a memorable culinary journey with authentic tastes and warm hospitality that food lovers should not miss.
