1 tray of ground beef, transforming into 3 juicy hamburgs
Before visiting Dongi, my best friend, found a good-looking grinding cow (which means fresh meat, but not many, but enough to make Judy not greasy), I wanted to make a hamburg, choose a tray of about 280g for the price... I don't remember 🥹, but I remember to divide it and see if I make a few cubes, it will fall for ten baht each, less than a hundred.
When you actually do it, you think you can divide three cubes. Breakfast doesn't have to be very heavy.
Of course, with a lot of laziness, fry three of them.
And then it started to happen that, uh, I want to eat with vegetables, but what good is vegetables?? Look in the cupboard, there are Japanese cucumbers, there are small tomatoes, there are potatoes, but I can still eat, and there are cosps. I want to eat them all, so each day I change the mixed and match side dishes to a simple vegetable menu.

จากที่เคยลองทำแฮมเบิร์กเนื้อด้วยเนื้อบดสดใหม่ครั้งนี้ รู้สึกว่าสิ่งที่ทำให้แฮมเบิร์กนุ่มและชุ่มฉ่ำไม่ใช่แค่เนื้อบดที่คุณภาพดีอย่างเดียว แต่การเลือกปริมาณเนื้อที่เหมาะสม ปั้นเป็นก้อนประมาณ 100 กรัม และวิธีการทอดที่คุมความร้อนดีๆ จะช่วยล็อคน้ำฉ่ำในเนื้อได้อย่างดี สำหรับใครชอบแนวเมนูง่ายๆ และสุขภาพดี การใส่ผักสดเป็นเครื่องเคียงถือว่าเป็นไอเดียที่ดีมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผักคอส แตงกวาญี่ปุ่น หรือมะเขือเทศจิ๋ว ซึ่งนอกจากเติมความสดชื่นแล้วยังเพิ่มวิตามินจากธรรมชาติ อีกอย่างที่ไม่ควรพลาดคือ “แตงกวาดองชิโอะคอมบุ” ซึ่งผสมผสานได้อย่างลงตัวระหว่างความเค็มนิดๆ และกลิ่นอ่อนๆ ของสาหร่ายคอมบุ ทำให้เมนูนี้มีรสชาติแปลกใหม่และช่วยตัดเลี่ยนได้ดี นอกจากนี้การเตรียมผักต่างๆ ยังเป็นส่วนที่สนุก และช่วยให้มื้ออาหารไม่น่าเบื่อ โดยลองสลับสับเปลี่ยนเครื่องเคียงไปเรื่อยๆ ตามที่มีในตู้เย็น เช่น มันฝรั่งที่เหลือ หรือจะเพิ่มสลัดน้ำสลัดโธขุงา (น้ำสลัดงาขาว) ก็ได้รสชาติที่อร่อยเข้ากันมากขึ้น วิธีทำแฮมเบิร์กเนื้อแบบนี้เหมาะกับคนที่อยากได้มื้อเช้าง่ายๆ แต่อิ่มอร่อยและมีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการ ที่สำคัญคือใช้เนื้อบดแค่ถาดเดียว ก็ทำได้หลายก้อนประหยัดงบประมาณ และสำหรับคนที่เพิ่งเริ่มต้นทำแฮมเบิร์ก นี่เป็นเมนูที่แนะนำให้ลองทำ เพราะขั้นตอนไม่ซับซ้อน แถมยังสามารถปรับส่วนผสมและเครื่องเคียงต่างๆ ให้เหมาะกับรสชาติที่ชอบได้ง่ายๆด้วย
