Shedding selves
The awakening is a spiral its not linear. So the call to isolate because of being triggered by people places and things is just a beacon in the next layer of healing. At this point I don’t know if it ever ends just transcends to a different side of self waiting to be heard.
The experience of awakening is often described as a spiral rather than a straight path, emphasizing its ongoing and transformative nature. One significant stage within this process is the call to isolate, which can feel daunting yet serves a meaningful purpose. isolation in the awakening phases is not simply about withdrawing but is a vital part of self-reflection and healing. When individuals encounter triggers from people, places, or situations, it signals unresolved aspects of the self that need attention. Stepping back from external influences allows for this introspective work and supports moving into the next layer of healing. It’s a time when the mind and spirit seek clarity and understanding, providing the space for suppressed feelings or hidden truths to emerge. Rather than a final destination, isolation during awakening is a transitional state. It helps shift perspectives and prepares the self to engage with life from a deeper, more authentic place. This phase encourages listening to inner voices or parts of the self that may previously have been ignored or unheard. In doing so, it allows transformation to transcend previous limitations and moves toward integration and wholeness. Therefore, the part of isolation in the awakening phases is integral to the nonlinear journey of growth. Recognizing isolation as a beacon instead of a barrier can help individuals embrace this phase with compassion and patience. This approach fosters resilience and supports continued healing beyond surface-level changes, opening up new possibilities for self-discovery and spiritual evolution.
